## A chapter says Saving or Offline

Check your connection and keep the tab open while it reconnects. **All changes saved** means the server has acknowledged the changes. Do not clear site data while unsent writing may be stored locally.

If the chapter says a revision was restored, reopen it. Download any recovered writing before dismissing the recovered copy.

## A chapter is slow to open

The first visit needs to load the document. Returning to a cached chapter or a prefetched neighbor should be faster. Very large documents and limited device resources can still affect rendering.

## I cannot edit

Check your role. Viewers are read-only, and the app may be validating access while a cached chapter is visible. Your access may also have changed while the tab was open. Ask an owner if you need editing access.

## The invitation does not work

Sign in, then open the link and accept the invitation. Expired or revoked links need to be replaced by an owner. Make sure you are using the account you intend to join with.

## The assistant got something wrong

Correct it in the conversation or edit the relevant bible entry. Be explicit about whether you are confirming canon, exploring an idea, or replacing a previous decision. Check the affected relationships and facts as well as the summary.

If it describes a button you cannot find, ask it to consult the ImagineMate guide. Product help should be grounded in the documented interface.

## A consistency finding is wrong

Review the referenced entries. Dismiss an intentional exception or false alarm instead of changing a valid story detail just to silence a check.

## Another tab looks out of date

Reconnect or revisit the view. If an app-update notice is available, save your work and reload. Never force a reload in the middle of unsaved form edits just to clear a notice.

## A file does not preview

Preview support depends on the file type. Open the file link in an appropriate application. If an upload failed, check the displayed error and your connection before trying again.
